Foundation pouring
1. Determine the standing lamp position; According to the geological survey, if the surface is covered with soft soil within 1 meter, the excavation depth should be deepened; At the same time, it is necessary to confirm that there are no other facilities (such as cables, pipes, etc.) below the excavation location, and there are no long-term sunshade objects on the top of the street lamps, otherwise the location should be appropriately changed.
2. Reserve (excavate) a 1m 3 pit that meets the standard at the position where the lamps are erected; Conduct positioning and pouring of embedded parts. The embedded parts are placed in the center of the square pit, with one end of the PVC conduit placed in the middle of the embedded parts and the other end placed in the storage area of the battery (as shown in the above figure). Pay attention to keeping the embedded parts, foundation, and original ground on the same level (or the screw tip on the same level as the original ground, depending on the needs of the site), with one side parallel to the road; This will ensure that the lamp pole is upright without deflection after being erected. Then, C20 concrete shall be poured and fixed. During the pouring process, the vibration rod shall not be stopped to ensure the overall compactness and firmness.
After the construction is completed, timely clean the residual sludge on the positioning plate and clean the impurities on the bolts with waste oil.
During the solidification process of concrete, it is necessary to regularly water and maintain it; The pendant lamp installation can only be carried out after the concrete has completely solidified (generally more than 72 hours).
Battery Assembly Installation
1. Before connecting the output positive and negative electrodes of the solar panel to the controller, measures must be taken to avoid short circuiting;
2. The solar cell module should be firmly and reliably connected to the bracket;
3. The output line of the module should be avoided from being exposed and fastened with a tie;
The orientation of the battery assembly should face due south, subject to the compass pointing.
